Heartland RV’s customer service department is currently seeking qualified RV service techs.  Looking for qualified individuals with a background in RV customer service or equivalent.  Qualified candidates should possess a knowledge of RV appliances, 12V systems, electric and hydraulic leveling systems.  Candiates should be able to field calls from both dealers and retail owners of RV’s.  Answering questions ranging from general information to how to perform repairs.  Candidates will also be expected to answer inquires via email as well.  We offer competitive wages and benefits such as major medical, dental and vision insurance.  Hours are M-F 8-5.  We offer the major holidays off with pay (after 90 days continuous employment).
