DRV is currently seeking a candidate to join our Engineering Department. We are looking to add an engineer to our team of technical professionals who is self-motivated and has leadership qualities. DRV is a premier luxury fifth wheel manufacturer that provides unique and customized products to the luxury RV market.

Job Description

The Engineering Department at DRV is involved in all phases of the manufacturing process including drafting, product design, and problem solving. At DRV, our engineers are given the opportunity to be extremely hands on which provides the ability to see a product or project from start to finish. You will work closely with Sales, Supervisors, Production Operators, Management, Purchasing and Q.C. to ensure that we are providing the best possible product to our customers.

Requirements:

· Engineering or Drafting degree and/or experience preferred

· Mechanically inclined, hands-on approach to problem solving

· Leadership qualities

· Experience using 3-D CAD software (AutoCAD)

· Passion for engineering

· Positive, team oriented attitude

· Self-driven with the ability to work independently

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

· Must maintain strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in a
fast paced environment
