Heartland RV’s customer service department is currently seeking qualified RV Customer Service Representative Phone techs. Looking for qualified individuals with a background in RV customer service or equivalent. Qualified candidates should possess a knowledge of RV appliances, 12V systems, electric and hydraulic leveling systems. Candidates should be able to field calls from both dealers and retail owners of RV’s. Answering questions ranging from general information to how to perform repairs. Candidates will also be expected to answer inquires via email as well.
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
We offer the major holidays off with pay (after 90 days continuous employment).
