Cruiser RV is currently seeking a candidate to join our Engineering Department in the role of Product Engineer. The successful candidate will join our team of technical professionals and will be self-motivated and possess excellent leadership qualities.

Job Description

The Engineering Department at Cruiser RV is involved in all phases of the manufacturing process including drafting, product design and problem solving. Cruiser RV Product Engineers are given the opportunity to be hands-on, providing the opportunity to see a project through from start to finish.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Supervisors, Production Operators, Management, Purchasing and Q.C. to ensure excellent-quality product is provided to our customers.

Requirements:

· Engineering or drafting degree and/or experience preferred

· Mechanically inclined, hands-on approach to problem solving

· Experience using 2-D/3-D CAD software (AutoCAD)
· Passion for engineering

· Positive, team-oriented attitude

· Self-driven with the ability to work independently

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· The ability to maintain strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
