Position Overview

Heartland RV is seeking a phone tech in our Nampa, ID manufacturing facility.  This is a full time position and the employee will be responsible for fielding phone calls from dealers and retail customers seeking assistance with various things concerning their travel trailers and fifth wheels.  Experience in the RV industry is not necessary, but helpful to assist customers.  Patience and a positive attitude will be helpful in this position.  Heartland RV offers full benefits as well as competitive compensation for this position.  You will work in a friendly office environment in a small office setting.
