Description
Job Description: This position is responsible for the prepping of chassis and building of flooring components on travel trailers or 5th wheels as outlined by the product blueprints.

Primary Responsibilities
Level I (0-50% Rate)
- Basic assembly of parts/products
- Assembles water lines using adhesives
- Installs step systems onto frame of unit
- Application of foam insulation as directed by product specifications
- All other duties as assigned
Level II (51- 75% Rate)
- Installation of linoleum flooring
- Installation of wire harnesses
- Installation of water lines
- Installation of floors
- All other duties as assigned
Level III (Over 75% Rate)
- Ability to flip frames using required equipment
- Installation of gas lines
- Installation of stabilizer jacks
- Application of under belly
- Installation of axles and tires
- Ability to pull wires for harnessing
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience working in RV/Trailer factory, preferred, but not required
- Experience using saws (chop saws, hole saws) preferred, but not required
- Experience using power tools (Screw guns, nail guns, staple guns) preferred, but not required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to read and understand blue prints and product orders
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening process

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (Wire harnessing only)
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend at the knees and waist frequently
- Ability to work off the ground and utilize a safety harness
- Ability to wear the required PPE
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
