Job Description:  This position is responsible for the preparation, building, and installation of slide outs/boxes into travel trailers or 5^th wheels as outlined by the product blueprints.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ability to pull plug walls off carts and place on saw horses
• Ability to use a router to route walls
• Ability to set walls on slide outs
• Ability to set floors on slide outs
• Ability to set roofs on slide outs
• Ability to assemble slide out boxes
• Ability to rough prep slide outs for next station
• Clean area/department between line rolls and at end of shift
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience building slide outs in 5^th wheels or travel trailers preferred, but not required
• Previous experience running screws preferred
• Previous experience with screw gun preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read blueprints

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
