Heartland RVs is currently hiring an experienced full time, Windows systems administrator to join our IT team. Responsible for all aspects of Windows operating system support including day-to-day administration, software updates and upgrades, performance management and capacity planning.

Qualifications Required:

- 5+ years Windows system administrator experience. MCSA or MCSE, preferred.

Required Skills / Experience:

- Experience with the installation and administration of Microsoft System Center including Operations Manager, Configuration Manager, Service Manager and Orchestrator.

- Experience with major Microsoft technologies including PC and server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL server and Office.

- Experience with Group Policy implementation and management.

- Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware.

Professional Skills / Experience:

- 5+ years work experience in IT infrastructure environment.

- Self-motivated, with attention to detail, excellent judgment and a desire to learn new skills.

- Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner.

- Demonstrated ability to work without supervision on daily tasks and projects, adjusting priorities accordingly.
