Position Overview 
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Group Leader is responsible for the daily oversight of the PDI department and for communication between production, quality control and service.  Also responsible for testing the completed product.  Areas in PDI include: appliance testing, systems testing, trimming, sealing, cleaning/puttying, repairing and communicating defective items back to production in a detailed manner.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides daily oversight of PDI
• Testing all systems and operations
• Seal touch up and cleaning the exterior of the unit
• Cleaning the interior of the unit
• Repairing defects in the product
• Repairing any problems that arise or communicating them to production
• Working with air/power and hand tools
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Quality focused

 
Requirements

• Previous RV experience
• Position needs to know most departments and can troubleshoot or identify defects
• Ability to work on a ladder
• Ability to work with air/power and hand tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to document defective items and report those daily
• Basic computer skills to document and record daily reports: Email, Word, Excel, etc        
• Daily communication with production, quality control, and service required
