Position Overview 

The floors and chassis prep department is responsible for the beginning of line production. Your job is the first to occur when building an RV, and is critical to the pace of the production line. Depending on your spot in this department you may be laying linoleum or carpet or may be preparing the chassis for floors and the rest of production.
 
Essential Job Functions
  • Heavy lifting
  • Working with screw guns
  • Laying carpet or linoleum onto the chassis
  • Bending and working in a stooped position 75% of the day
  • Reading tape measure
  • Reading blue prints
  • Work with air/power tools
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of 110 volt/12 volt
  • Quality focused
Requirements
  • Previous RV experience preferred
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Ability to use and read a tape measure
  • Knowledge of air/power and hand tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Other Skills/Abilities
  • Some plumbing experience preferred
  • RVIA code knowledge preferred but not required
  • Ability to withstand repetitive motion and vibration
