Position Overview
Provides maintenance support with a variety of related tasks. Responsibilies include, but are not limited to the following:
- General building maintenance
- General plumbing
- General fabrication
- General construction
- Small tool repair
- 120 volt 1 phase wiring
- 240/480 3 phase wiring
- Compressed air systems
- Vehicle maintenance
- Heating maintenance
- Welding with stick and wire machine
- Purchase items for tool crib
Requirements
- Maintenance experience a plus but will train the right person
- Abile to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Able to work on feet all day
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday from 5:00 am until 1:30 pm or later.
