Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for releasing all material
• Verifies delivery against packing slip and sign off accordingly
• Compares packing slip to daily truck report and/or backorder report, checking for discrepancies
• Complete discrepancy slips, as needed
• Attach discrepancy slips to packing slips and scan to Group Leader
• Make copies for Purchasing and Group Leader, as needed
• Assist with hand receiving
• Cleaning around facility, as needed
• All other duties as assigned

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to count accurately
• Ability to use calculator, scanner, printer
• Ability to use a flashlight
• Ability to accurately follow directions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally (<50% of the time)
• Ability to work on foot/walking for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach overhead and various other physical movements throughout the day
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
